By booking travel with Voyage Together Cruises, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Role of Voyage Together Cruises

Voyage Together Cruises acts solely as a travel advisor and agent for cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or policies.

Booking & Payments

· A deposit of full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the supplier’s policies.

· Final payment deadlines are set by the supplier and must be met to avoid cancellation.

· Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation with penalties.

Pricing & Availability

· Prices are subject to change until payment is received and confirmed.

· Promotional fares, group rates, and special offers may have additional restrictions and limited availability.

· Voyage Together Cruises is not responsible for price charges imposed by suppliers.

Cancellation & Changes

· Cancellation and change policies are determined by each travel supplier.

· Penalties may range from partial to full loss of payment, including non-refundable deposits.

· Voyage Together Cruises’ planning or service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Travel Documents

· Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, visas, identification, and required travel documents.

· Passport requirements may vary by destination and cruise line.

· Voyage Together Cruises is not responsible for denied boarding due to improper documentation.

Travel Insurance (Strongly Recommended)

· Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, delays, or unforeseen events.

· Declining travel insurance is done at the client’s own risk. 

Health, Safety & Special Needs

· Clients are responsible for meeting health and vaccination requirements set by suppliers or destinations.

· Special needs or medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking to request accommodations.

· Voyage Together Cruises cannot guarantee special requests but will advocate on your behalf. 

Group Travel

· Group bookings may be subject to specific rules, payment schedules, and minimum participation requirements.

· Group amenities and pricing are contingent upon final group size and supplier policies.

Responsibility & Liability

Voyage Together Cruises is not responsible for:

· Supplier cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or mechanical issues.

· Weather conditions, natural disasters, or acts of God.

· Acts of terrorism, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

· Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Clients agree to hold Voyage Together Cruises harmless from any claims arising from travel arrangements. 

Accuracy of Information

Clients are responsible for providing accurate traveler information (legal names, birthdates, etc.) Errors may result in fees or denied travel, for which Voyage Together Cruises is not liable.

Acceptance of Terms

Payment of confirmation of booking constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.
